Delete your Uncap account

The fastest method is inside the app: Profile â†’ Settings â†’ Delete account.

What deletion does

Removes your saved profile, mobile numbers, addresses and support conversation data.
Revokes active sessions and removes reusable payment-method credentials.
Removes service-target data where it is not required for an outstanding transaction.
Anonymises the account identity so you can no longer sign in to that account.

Some transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention or security records may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve an outstanding purchase. Retained records are separated from the active account identity.

Request deletion without the app

External requests are queued for identity verification before deletion. This prevents someone else from deleting your account using only your email address.
